Wing pulley
Wing pulley are used at the tail of belt conveyor in order to clean the inside side of the belt where material can accumulate and break the belt.

SCREW TAKE-UP :Extra heavy duty, heavy duty or medium duty, our all steel screw take-ups are ruggedly constructed to give years of trouble free service. The screw is made of heavy ACME thread which is fully protected and always in tension regardless of the direction of the load. The saddles are made of rectangular tubing and are adjustable for all sizes of pillow blocks. They are available for two or four bolt hole pillow blocks.

Screw take-up
Spiral wing pulley
Spiral wing pulley are like standard wing pulley on which we added a spiral ribbon. This ribbon keep the belt in contact with the pulley avoiding standard vibration and noise present with a standard wing pulley. It is required when there is a belt scale on a conveyor.

Telescopic screw take-up
Lighter screw take-up, it is usefull for lighter and smaller conveyors where there is not enough room to install standard screw take-up. Usually installed on each side, close to the frame, it will compensate for natural belt elongation up to 2% of the conveyor lenght.
